Drainage Supervisor

Our client, a prominent tier 2 contractor, is seeking experienced Pipe Laying Supervisors to join their team on a contract basis in Fareham. This role within the highways sector involves overseeing LDO & LDA pipework, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of pipe laying projects. Both day and night shifts are available, and the work schedule follows a 12-days-on, 2-days-off pattern, starting on the 6th of May. Key Responsibilities: Supervising pipe laying activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards Coordinating with team members to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines Conducting regular site inspections and safety checks Managing on-site logistics and material handling Liaising with project managers and stakeholders Ensuring accurate documentation and reporting Monitoring quality control and implementing corrective actions as needed Providing training and guidance to on-site personnel Job Requirements: Experience in water pipe laying and drainage supervision SSSTS certification First Aid certification CSCS card Safety critical medical certification Highways England Passport (preferred) Understanding of highways and infrastructure projects Excellent leadership and communication skills If you have the relevant skills and experience and are looking for a long-term contract opportunity in the highways sector, we encourage you to apply now.
