On behalf of my client, who are a UK wide organisation offering residential and nursing support, are looking for an experienced Home Manager to join their team in St Andrews.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall operations of the home
all measured through key performance indicators
Financial and budget management
Building strong relationships with residents, their families and the care home team
Staff recruitment
Adhering to standards set by NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate
Create and maintain a wholesome environment where residents are cared for to their specific requirements, supported whilst promoting independence and are the priority at the heart of care.

Requirements
Proven management experience at a similar level
Must be a registered nurse with active NMC Pin
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to prioritise tasks
Have a thorough knowledge to implement NMC, SSSC and Care Inspectorate standards and best practice
Decision making skills
A can do attitude
