Site-Based Shift Maintenance Electrician

Randstad C&P are seeking a dedicated and skilled Static Maintenance Electrician to join our clients team at a large commercial property in Middlesbrough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for a stable, long-term position with a competitive salary and shift work that provides a balanced lifestyle.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a 37.5 work week.

The Package:

• Competitive salary of up to 38,500 per annum.
• 8-week recurring rota, 4 days on 3 days off.
• Shifts are between the hours of 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am, 37.5 hours per week.
• 23 days holiday including bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks on electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections to identify issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work and repairs.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Fully qualified electrician with with their NVQ Level 3.
• 18th Edition City and Guilds.
• Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within a commercial setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
