Business Development Manager


We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client of ours who specialise within the waste management sector. They are looking to appoint a driven Business Development Manager to help expand their client base. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement strategies to secure new business and increase sales.. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including markets, clients, partnerships, and service offerings * Deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. * Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant events and conferences. * Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients * Monitor market competition and adjust strategies accordingly. * Meet and exceed sales targets and forecasts. Requirements: * Proven experience in business development within the waste management industry. * Strong track record of generating new business and achieving targets. * Full UK driving licence (required). Additional Details: Monday to Friday, with some weekend availability. Salary / Package open DOE 08:00-17:00/Flexi Field-based with travel required.
