Job Title: Proposals Lead Engineer Location: Kent (Hybrid Working) Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We’re seeking a Proposals Lead Engineer to join our client’s team in the water infrastructure sector. Key Responsibilities Lead constructability coordination with delivery teams Ensure resource planning is aligned with regional needs Manage all aspects of project proposals (scope, budget, timeline, risks, and quality) Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards Communicate effectively with all stakeholders on permits, planning, and project scope Candidate Requirements Degree or HND in Civil Engineering (with relevant training) Proven Project Manager / Senior Agent experience Background in D&B projects (civils and MEICA) Excellent leadership and project planning skills Strong understanding of contract law and construction best practice Competence in MS Word, Excel, Primavera, and document control CSCS Card and H&S/Environmental certifications What’s on Offer Competitive salary up to £70,000 Hybrid working – great work-life balance Career development with a respected water industry contractor Join a dynamic, collaborative team working on critical infrastructure Apply today to take the next step in your engineering career
