Leasing Sales Consultant - Exeter, Devon

Vacancy: Leasing Sales Consultant Location: Exeter, Devon Salary: £39,879.93 per annum OTE JHP Recruitment are seeking a results-driven and enthusiastic Leasing Sales Consultant to join our vehicle leasing client based in Exeter, Devon on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will have proven experience in providing high-quality customer service, whilst driving sales and building strong rapport with customers, funders, dealerships and stakeholders. Main Accountabilities: * Respond to incoming calls with the highest level of efficiency and courtesy to deliver exceptional customer care * Answer and handle inbound calls within agreed parameters * Provide administrative support to all departments where appropriate or requested * Follow the sales process consistently to meet and exceed performance targets * Take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way * Organise and prioritise your workload effectively, balancing multiple enquiries and tasks * Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performance team Skills Required: * Call experience essential – outbound calling in volume would be advantageous * A passion for guiding customers and exceeding their expectations * Highly motivated, articulate, and result-driven * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Experience with financial products is preferred, and previous sales training is a plus Working hours: * 08:30-18:00 (1hr lunch) Monday to Friday * Some Saturday mornings on a rota What’s on offer: * £39,897.93 per annum OTE * Car Benefit Scheme * 25 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays) * Pension Scheme * Employee Assistance Programme * Perkbox * Life Assurance * Enhanced Sick Pay * Training & Support * Cycle to Work Scheme * Eye Care Vouchers * Long Service Awards If interested in these roles, please apply here or call Tasha at JHP Recruitment
