Sales Administrator Job in Ringwood Dovetail Recruitment are pleased to be working with a product-based company in Ringwood, who is looking for a Sales Administrator to join them to assist with product sampling, sales admin support and preparing for their multiple trade shows. The successful Sales Administrator will be part of a welcoming team, who support each other with their busy day to day roles! Duties and Responsibilities: * Managing incoming and outgoing samples of products and packaging, keeping a record of all samples in and out of the business, and stock levels * Supplying the sales and design team with the samples. * Providing general administrative support creating specs, product codes, and order processing * Monitoring and purchasing general office consumables as required * Helping to prepare for trade shows by pulling together samples, packing them securely, and co-ordinating what is needed with the warehouse team * Liaising with logistics companies and with trade show organisers, purchasing items for the shows and helping to book taxis, hotels and the like. * Monitoring and reorganising show room samples and meetings rooms to ensure that they are updated and tidy * Any other tasks the team require help with on a day to day such as responding to general enquiries, and maintaining company records Minimum Experience Required: * Previous experience within a sales support or administration role * Detail orientated with an analytical eye * Excellent communication skills Benefits for the Sales Administrator: * Competitive salary * 20 days holiday increasing with length of service plus bank holidays * A cohesive and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for career advancement * Comprehensive benefits package including private health insurance and pension This Sales Administrator job in Ringwood would suit candidates with an administration background, ideally within the product sector
