Job Title: Day Shift Mechanical Engineer Location: Fulham Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off, 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum Benefits: * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Private healthcare * Pension scheme * Ongoing training & career progression opportunities * Company benefits package The Role: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management company, working on a prestigious site in Fulham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on a structured 4 on 4 off day shift pattern with excellent benefits and career development opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical systems * Working on HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing infrastructure * Diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently to minimize downtime * Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and site procedures * Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure high service delivery standards * Supporting team members and assisting with training where required Requirements: * NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering * Experience in commercial building maintenance, ideally within an FM environment * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plant systems * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail This is an excellent opportunity for a mechanical engineer looking for stability, training, and career growth in a well-established FM company.
