Job Description: As a Client Solutions Manager - Pre Sales, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with prospective clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how our payment solutions can address their challenges. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and deliver impactful presentations that highlight the value of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: * Engage with potential clients to assess their business needs and objectives. * Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and presentations that effectively showcase our payment solutions. * Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and RFP responses that align with client requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. * Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition from prospect to client. * Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, positioning our solutions effectively against competitors. * Work closely with product development and marketing teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
