Coil Assembly Technician

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled Precision Coil Assembly Technician to join a well-established, industry-leading manufacturer based in Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a company renowned for its high-quality components and precision engineering. As a Precision Coil Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in the assembly of electro-mechanical components, ensuring each task is completed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include coil winding, forming, insulating stacks, loading coils, and performing soldering and brazing tasks. Key Responsibilities: Perform coil winding with precision and accuracy Form and insulate stacks following detailed specifications Load coils onto assemblies Conduct soldering and brazing as required Utilize small tools to complete delicate assembly tasks with precision Skills & Experience Required: Previous experience in assembling small components in a manufacturing or engineering environment Coil winding experience is an advantage, but not essential Proficiency in using hand tools such as circlip pliers, standard pliers, screwdrivers, tweezers, scrapers, Swiss files, and other precision instruments Excellent attention to detail, dexterity, and the ability to work efficiently in a hands-on role How to Apply: If this opportunity interests you, please contact Georgie Dymock on (phone number removed) or send your CV to
