Operations Manager Manchester, Leeds £100K+Package ( DOE ) Join a business with an excellent secure pipeline of works in the Northern region! My client is a large-scale contractor that delivers high quality new build projects. Due to the continued growth and success of the business, they are in the market for an experienced operations manager in the senior management team. The operations manager will have proven large scale project delivery experience. Having delivered projects from pre- construction through to construction completion and handover stages. They specialise in the BTR and PBSA markets, so you will have experience in delivering high rise apartment buildings. As on operations manager you will have excellent technical and design experience on large scale construction projects ideally over £50million. Offering advice and support to the management teams during project delivery. The position would require travelling across live projects assisting with technical and design aspects of the projects. Ensuring project delivery is following its set program and budgets. They have projects in Manchester and Leeds, with future scope of works into the Liverpool region. As an experience Operations Manager, you will have proven project delivery portfolio. With an excellent health and safety track record. These complex schemes, require ability to prioritise and organise your own workloads of across multiple £20million- £70million pound projects. Reporting to the Regional Director this is a senior appointment with opportunity of development within the business unit.
