NPD Engineer – Management Progression £50,000 - £60,000 + flexible hours + great benefits Woking, Surrey An excellent opportunity for a design/project engineer looking to step in to a management role offering further technical development and flexible working hours. This is a great chance to work for a reputable manufacturing company in a multi-faceted role where you will have autonomy to develop processes and manage a range of technical projects within new product development. The role is for a highly established manufacturer of electrical/electronics based products that has an excellent staff retention rate and a great name within its industry for engineering excellence. Your role will be to manage a small new product development team, overseeing a range of projects from CAD design through to product compliance and testing. This is a great opportunity to work in a varied and technically challenging role, offering a chance for someone with a background in projects/design for manufacture a route into management. Candidates who have a background in manufacturing within electrical/electronics based products are encouraged to apply. The Role: • Manage a small new product development team for a manufacturer of electrical/electronics based products. • Oversee NPD projects from design phase through to compliance and product testing. • Mon-Fri office based role with flexible working hours and potential for hybrid working.
