Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch and Transport c. £65,000pa + attractive bonus and benefits Leeds The role: A key member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to and deputising for the Managing Director, you will be responsible for leading the Warehouse, Pick, Pack, Despatch and Transport operations. A hands-on role, your key task will be to develop and implement a plan to increase overall operational capability and expertise. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Supervise pick pack despatch processes to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate transport logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Set, monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Recruit, train, mentor, and develop staff.Experience: Proven warehouse operations experience. Strong knowledge of pick, pack, despatch, warehouse and transport operations. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Outstanding organisational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
