Estimator Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm Broxap, a leading UK manufacturer of street furniture, shelters, and playground equipment, is looking for a driven Estimator to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to work on diverse projects ranging in value from £2k to over £250k. Key Responsibilities of the Estimator: * Appraise inbound customer enquiries and identify project requirements * Create detailed pricing schedules and proposals with support from colleagues and suppliers * Present proposals to clients and support the sales team with tendering * Run project handovers to operations for secured orders * Meet clients face-to-face to discuss project requirements and negotiate sales What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as an Estimator, ideally within fabrication or a contracting environment * Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills * Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel (CRM/MRP experience beneficial) * A proactive and positive approach with a willingness to learn * Full UK driving licence What We Offer: * £34,000 – £38,000 salary depending on experience * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Free on-site parking and refreshments * Discretionary profit share scheme If you’re a passionate Estimator ready for your next challenge, we’d love to hear from you.
