IT Engineering Manager

Our client is a fast growth tech company providing IT & Comms technology to small and medium businesses throughout the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a team of IT delivery engineers. If you are an enthusiastic, cloud focussed specialist with a passion for customer service this could be the role for you.

Main duties:

• Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals
• Develop & implement training programs
• Champion an customer- centric approach to service delivery
• Work closely with the IT Project Managers
• Create documentation and knowledge base articles

Experience required:

• An ICT background within an MSP
• Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration with proficiency in networking, security and cloud technologies
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure and Backup solutions
• Full driving license

Thjis is an excellent opportunity to join an extremely fast growth technology company with a nationwide presence. This role is Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm and does not offer hybrid or remote working.
