Building Surveyor Job in Manchester Building Surveyor required for a well-established property consultancy in Manchester, this firm has built a strong reputation for delivering commercial real estate solutions across offices, investments, and asset management. Due to recent growth and expansion, they are looking for a Building Surveyor to join their Manchester office. This role offers up to £55,000 + Bonuses Our client is a leading commercial property consultancy based in Manchester, this firm specialises in office agency, investment, and asset management, offering strategic advice to landlords, occupiers, and developers. Their hands-on, proactive approach has contributed to some of the city's most notable office deals, shaping Manchester's business landscape. Combining market insight with a client-focused ethos, they provide tailored solutions that drive long-term value. Role & Responsibilities Handling commercial building surveying tasks, including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, and Project Monitoring Project Management & Contract Administration for high-profile workspace fit-outs and refurbishments, with contract values from £50K to £20M Preparing and negotiating Schedules of Dilapidations for both landlords and tenants Working with a diverse client base, from corporate occupiers and SMEs to private equity investors and landlords Contributing to business success through business development, pitching, networking, and PR.Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience AssocRICS or Currently sitting APC Experience working for a commercial Building consultancy Working knowledge of JCT contract administration Knowledge in Contract Administration and Cost Control Someone with great client management.What you get back Salary of up to £55,000 Dependant on Experience Annual discretionary bonus - paid every year so far Flexible working policy - 37.5-hour week with core hours (10am-3pm), one day WFH, and a 4pm finish on Fridays Free gym membership 25 days holidays plus bank holidays and office closure between Christmas and New year Continuous professional development will full support with career development.Apply If you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
