Hedge Cutting Operative Location: Norwich City Centre Pay: £12.60 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 AM - 3:30 PM (37 hours per week) Contract: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent As a Hedge Cutting Operative, you will be part of a dedicated grounds team responsible for maintaining and enhancing the parks, open spaces, housing areas, and highway verges. Key Responsibilities: Perform grounds maintenance activities, including pruning and hedge cutting. Drive various vehicles within the scope of your license (training provided). Maintain hedging using appropriate tools and equipment. Conduct daily checks on vehicles and equipment. Promote equalities and customer care while adhering to health and safety procedures. Park Assistant Location: Various Parks in Norwich Pay: £12.60 per hour Working Days: Monday to Sunday  Average Weekly Hours: 29.83 (Hours may increase seasonally) Weekends availability 12h Contract Duration: Until September, with potential for permanent placement Join our team as a Park Assistant and help maintain the beauty of Norwich's parks, including Eaton Park, Earlham Park, and Waterloo Park! Key Responsibilities: Drive a designated van to various parks in Norwich. Secure parks before closing and keep all areas tidy. Conduct litter picking and manage waste by emptying bins. Move efficiently between parks to complete tasks before closing. Full UK driving license it is required. Shift Details: Weekdays starting at 15:30 Weekends starting at 07:00, with shifts up to 12 hours, ending as late as 23:30. Rotating off days each week, with hours varying seasonally.
