Workshop Project Support

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Project Support professional to work closely with the Project Manager in overseeing the successful delivery of heavy fabrication projects. This is an office-based role within a workshop environment. This is not a hands-on or tools-based position. Key Responsibilities: * Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring workshop-based fabrication projects. * Act as a liaison between the project team and workshop staff to ensure timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met. * Manage documentation, schedules, and project updates. * Assist with resource planning and workflow optimisation. * Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and internal procedures. Requirements: * Proven experience in a heavy fabrication or similar industrial environment. * Strong organisational and communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting. * Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. * Comfortable working in a workshop setting but focused on project coordination rather than physical fabrication.
