Customer Care Coordinator We're currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity within a dynamic and customer-focused team. Our client is looking for a proactive and organised individual to join their Customer Service department in a hybrid capacity. About the Role You’ll be providing vital support to the Customer Service Managers, helping ensure a smooth and efficient service for both customers and internal stakeholders. This is a varied role with a strong focus on administration, coordination, and communication. Key Responsibilities: * Offering high-quality administrative support to Customer Service Managers and liaising with technical teams when needed * Organising and scheduling operatives and tradespeople to ensure timely resolutions * Collaborating with colleagues to track and manage all open tasks * Producing clear, professional documentation for internal use and for customers * Communicating progress and completion of defects to customers and partners using a range of communication methods * Ensuring procedures and service standards are followed at all times * Handling complaints in line with company processes * Obtaining written confirmation of defect completions from both customers and supply chain partners What We’re Looking For Essential: * Experience in an administrative or coordination role * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence working with databases * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels of an organisation Desirable: * Background in a customer service environment * Ability to multi-task and effectively coordinate trade professionals Why Apply?
