Business Development Manager

Your primary responsibilities will be to identify and secure new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth within these key areas. Responsibilities · Business Strategy: Work with senior management implementing strategic business development plans to expand our presence in target markets and achieve revenue targets. · Sales Administration: Engage potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our app development, cyber security, and cloud services offerings. Ensuring that all enquiries and sales are handled in line with the ISO9001 quality manual. · Customer Relations: Coordinate the sales process, from initial contact through to scoping, proposals and contract agreement. Ongoing account management ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. · Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. About You: · Proven experience in sales, or a related role, ideally within the technology industry. · Strong interest in market trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in the relevant sectors. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Personable, determined, ambitious and results-driven. · Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
