Our client, one of the biggest and most recognizable FM companies across the UK is looking for a Soft Services Manager to be based out of a Healthcare building in Croydon looking after a large team of 195 domestic cleaners and 7 supervisors. This role is very client facing and relies on a calm and professional individual to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and service.

This business is considered one of the largest FM employers across Europe having over 370,000 employees with an annual revenue of over 69b.

Job responsibilities/expectations for a Soft Services Manager:

• 2 years experience in Healthcare Cleaning Management
• Held a driving licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Experience or proven ability in working and leading teams/own initiative
• Experience of client liaison and negotiation in service sector preferably health service
• Basic Knowledge of the operation of the National Health Service and patient care
• Ability to communicate both written and verbal to senior management level.
• Ability to plan and effectively execute projects meeting required target dates.
• Ability to solve problems in an effective manner.
• Able to construct and write reports.
