The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in Warwick area at Harmony Auto. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of our business from sales, service, to recruitment. We need a strategic leader with a strong background in business management, strategic planning and operational execution, excellent customer service skills, and a talent for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Recruiting, coaching and developing the team;
  • Developing business strategies in line with the Company's goals, overseeing plans to achieve business growth;
  • Managing budgets, forecasts and financial performance;
  • Ensuring compliance with financial and regulatory requirements;
  • Monitoring financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and profit enhancement.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase profitability and minimise costs;
  • Overseeing stock management, ensuring optimal stock levels and product availability
  • Creating the best customer experience, increasing customer retention using root cause analysis and improvement plans;
  • In partnership with our marketing team, develop and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness, promote products and services.
  • Working closely with the Brand to build a strong relationship based on trust and open communication;

Requirements

  • Proven experience of delivering results at a dealership manager level;
  • Strategic approach;
  • Customer centric approach;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Ability to deliver impeccable standards across the business;
  • Self-motivated, a relentless drive to perform and motivate the team to deliver results;
  • Full driving license and clean driving record

Compensation and Benefits

  • Highly competitive salary, up to 45,000 basic annual salary with a performance-based bonus, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped bonus
  • 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
