We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Primary Teacher to join our dedicated team at a mainstream primary school in Southampton ! This is your chance to inspire students, support their educational journey, and create a vibrant, engaging learning environment.

As a Primary Teacher , you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and personal development. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to create and implement engaging lessons tailored to each student s needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the primary curriculum.
• Support students academic progress and well-being.
• Provide one-on-one and small group instruction tailored to students needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as necessary.
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive approach to each student s education and well-being.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued, respected, and supported.
• Use a variety of teaching methods to engage and motivate students.
• Keep detailed records of each student s progress and communicate this information to parents, support staff, and other relevant parties.

What We re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) , or equivalent.
• Trainee or early careers or overseas-trained teachers are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong, supportive relationships with all members of the school community.
• Deep commitment to helping students develop their academic skills, exhibiting patience and empathy.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education (desirable but not essential).
