Boston Rose are working with a well-established training provider in the Portsmouth area to recruit a Manual Machining Instructor to join their specialist engineering team. With impressive facilities and a growing reputation for high-quality apprenticeship programmes, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone with solid engineering experience who s ready to share their knowledge and shape the next generation of engineers.

In this hands-on role, you ll deliver practical training in manual machining and hand fitting to a mix of young learners, adult trainees, and commercial clients. You ll also support learners through assessments, provide guidance throughout their development, and help ensure high standards across all areas of training.

What they are looking for:

• A Level 3 qualification in Engineering or similar
• Manual Machining industry experience
• Confident communication and mentoring skills
• A passion for helping others learn and succeed
