Static Building Services Engineer , Maintenance Operative - Mechanical (Healthcare FM)
Lymington, Hampshire 18ph PAYE 40hrs/week

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Operative to join our healthcare facilities team. This static role involves planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across mechanical systems - including boilers, pumps, AHUs, TMVs, and heating/ventilation equipment.

What you'll need:

• Strong mechanical maintenance experience (NHS or commercial settings like offices/hotels/education)
• NVQ/City & Guilds in mechanical discipline
• Plant room knowledge - boilers, FCUs, SHUs
• 17th/18th Edition (essential)
• L8, fire alarm/emergency light checks, TMVs - bonus
• DBS or willingness to obtain one

Perks:

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• 1 in 3 on-call rota ( 75/week + enhanced pay: time & half weekdays/Saturdays, double pay Sundays)
• Door-to-door pay when on call
