Sales and Customer Service Assistant


Red Recruitment Group are currently supporting one of our National clients in their search for an experienced sales / customer service assistant for an immediately available role within their office at their depot in Hinckley.

Hours of work are:

Monday Friday 08:00 to 17:30

Responsibilities will include assisting with:

Dealing with Customer queries and responding to emails and calls

Data Entry

Keeping information accessible by sorting and filing documents

General administrative work

Requirements Include

Attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills

Good telephone manner

Self-motivated individual

Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

Competent Knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Word and Excel is essential

Job Type: Full-time - Temporary to permanent opportunity

Career progression to be offered.

Weekly paid for temp to perm, monthly paid when permanent.

GBP12.21 per hour / GBP26'984.10 per year salary.

Immediate interviews are available with the role to start as soon as possible.
