Description

  • Support the Finance department with daily accounting tasks
  • Reconciliation of bank statements
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports
  • Processing invoices and expense forms
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Maintaining an organised and streamlined accounting system
  • Assisting with year-end financial audits
  • Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Profile

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

  • A solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
  • Proficiency in accounting systems
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
