Payroll Administrator

PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR - 12 MONTH TEMP

14.45 per hour

• Maternity cover until March/April next year
• Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days from home - if someone wants to go in 5 days this is also fine
• LGPS/I-Trent Exp is desirable not essential
• Team of 3 (Payroll Manager, Supervisor, Analyst and this admin)
• Needs someone with good conversation skills and accuracy - able to work confidently independently
• Must have basic payroll knowledge doesn't need to be end to end but must have an understanding on the basics
• Checking docs sent over from HR ensuring all is correct
• Uploading new starters/leavers onto the system
• Checking payslips and handing queries
• Will also get involved on the pensions side of things uploading docs and answering queries
• Volumes - 250/300 staff using I-Trent
