Sales Coordinator
Bernhard and Company, a long-established manufacturer and thought leader in the turf industry, are searching for a seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to provide crucial administrative and operational support to our sales team.
Based at our offices in Rugby, the Sales Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the sales process, enabling the sales team to focus on driving revenue and achieving targets. Responsibilities as a Sales Coordinator:

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information, sales activities, and progress.

Customer and product cycle management: Create and maintain automated communication systems that engage customers and provide relevant information during different stages of the product lifecycle.

Sales Material Management: Organise and maintain sales materials, including brochures, product information, and presentations, ensuring easy access for the sales team.

Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate sales team meetings, training sessions, and client events, including logistics, materials, and follow-up actions.

Channel Management: Organise and maintain Distributor Portal and develop and implement distributor communications plan.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, product development to ensure seamless sales processes.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve sales-related administrative issues and customer queries efficiently and effectively.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organised sales records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Travel Arrangements: Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements for the sales team or customers and distributors as required.

Sales Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and contribute to the development of best practices.
Key skills and attributes:

Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in an administrative support role, preferably within a sales environment.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines effectively.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.

Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Odoo) is highly desirable.

Clean Driving licence as travel to our manaufacturing facility might be required.
Qualifications:
