Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Sales Negotiator in our Pan Peninsula office. The expected OTE in your first year will be GBP50,000.

Let's talk about the role. It involves:

Getting to know the local properties for sale by keeping up to date with new instructions and latest news in London property market
Calling out leads and properly qualifying them
Registering new leads onto our IT software
Building up your pipeline of buyers by providing excellent customer service
Developing leads into viewings
Conduct property viewings
Negotiate Offers
Develop every opportunity to refer buyers to our Mortgage Advisor partner
Provide daily/weekly feedback about properties stock to the Branch Sales Manager
Support your Branch Sales Manager if and when needed to help on progressing sales through completion.
Agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion
