Skilled Careers is working with a leading client in the social housing sector, we are looking for an experienced Plasterer to join a team with a main contractor in the Oldham area on a permanent basis.

If successful, you ll be expected to carry out a range of repairs and maintenance tasks within occupied and void social housing properties.

Job Title: Plasterer

Location: Oldham

Rate: GBP34,000 GBP35,000 + Overtime

Responsibilities of the Plasterer:

• Plastering & Finishing Works: Complete a wide range of plastering tasks including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, rendering, and damp-proofing systems to a high standard
• Customer-Focused Delivery: Maintain a professional attitude, ensure clean and tidy work areas, aim for first-time fixes, and deliver high-quality service at all times
• Standards & Responsibility: Adhere to company specifications and safety protocols, complete all required documentation, care for tools and van, and coordinate materials and site access effectively

Requirements for Plasterer role:

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plastering
• Valid CSCS Card
• Social Housing Experience
• Full UK Driving License
• Multi-Trade skills are a bonus
