We are a well-established Motor Factors company located in the scenic town of Buxton, Derbyshire, and we are looking for a driven and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team. Why Join Us? ✨ Competitive Pay: Earn a base salary of £45,000 - £50,000, plus annual bonuses (OTE £50,000). 📆 Great Benefits: 28 days of holiday, free parking, a strong pension scheme, and a death-in-service benefit. ⌛ Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) with alternate Saturdays (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM). Key Responsibilities: ✅ Drive sales of parts to trade, retail outlets, and other departments. ✅ Meet and exceed revenue targets in line with business goals. ✅ Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. ✅ Oversee banking reconciliation and administrative accuracy. ✅ Build relationships with new and existing customers in Buxton. ✅ Lead promotional efforts to boost market presence. ✅ Support daily branch operations and step in where needed. ✅ Motivate and develop the sales team to achieve success. ✅ Recruit, induct, and manage performance effectively. What We’re Looking For: ✔ Industry Knowledge: At least 3 years of sales experience in the Motor Factors industry. ✔ Tech-Savvy: Basic IT skills and familiarity with MAM software or OE cataloguing systems. ✔ Leadership: Strong ability to manage, motivate, and train a team. ✔ Communication Skills: Confident, clear communicator even under pressure. ✔ Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering great service and driving sales. ✔ Local Expertise: Knowledge of Buxton and the surrounding market is a plus. ✔ Driver’s License: Preferred but not essential.
