Job Responsibilities: * Conduct interviews with potential candidates to assess suitability for current vacancies and client needs. * Build a strong network and craft engaging messages to attract top talent * Strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base. * Advertise vacancies effectively to ensure maximum visibility and reach. * Negotiate terms of business with clients, fostering mutually beneficial relationships. * Meet with clients regularly, with opportunities to travel across the UK and Europe to strengthen partnerships.
