Senior Electrical Project Manager

Senior Electrical Project Manager D&B Fit Out Projects (Up to £10M M&E) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected and fast-growing building services contractor that specialises in high-value design & build fit out projects across London and the South East. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take ownership of complex projects, typically valued between £6M–£10M, from pre-construction through to delivery. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is electrically biased with a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the coordination and leadership of major projects, building long-term relationships with clients and driving successful outcomes. The Role: Oversee full lifecycle of projects from pre-construction through to completion. Lead and coordinate design development, procurement, delivery, and commissioning. Manage subcontractors and ensure that work is delivered on time and to the highest standard. Work closely with clients and consultants to ensure project expectations are exceeded. Provide technical leadership, commercial awareness, and team motivation throughout. Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards. What We're Looking For: Electrically biased background with experience in managing design & build fit-out projects. Good working knowledge of mechanical systems. Hands-on experience with Tier 1 contractors or complex commercial projects. Strong client-facing skills – able to build trust and long-term relationships. Proven ability to deliver high-value projects under pressure and with autonomy. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
