Job Title: Domiciliary Care Assistant (Female Driver Required)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: 26,000 - 28,000 per annum
Start Date: Immediate starts available

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and committed female Domiciliary Care Assistant for a permanent, full-time role based in Borehamwood. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives by supporting them in their own homes to live independently with dignity and respect.

• Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and toileting

• Administer or prompt medication as per care plans

• Support with meal preparation and feeding

• Offer companionship and emotional support

• Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping

• Escort clients to appointments or social outings

• Observe, record, and report any changes in service users' conditions

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided

• Must be female, in line with genuine occupational requirements (Equality Act 2010)

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - essential

• Right to work in the UK

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible and reliable, with the ability to work shifts that may include mornings, evenings, or weekends

• Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential - full training provided

• 26,000 - 28,000 annual salary
