About the Role
As our Deputy Manager, you ll support the Nursery Manager to lead a committed team and ensure the highest standards of care and education. You ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, safeguarding, staff supervision, and the personal development of every child in our care.
You ll also step into the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, helping ensure our safeguarding practice is robust and always evolving.
