Hours: Monday-Friday 12pm-8pm (with flexibility)

Escape Recruitment are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing client based in Grangemouth.

You'll lead a warehouse team, ensuring goods are stored and moved efficiently. This includes running daily briefs, managing internal transport, and keeping stock systems accurate and up to date.

The role involves:

• Supervising warehouse operatives and managing performance.

• Keeping track of stock movement, reconciliation, and warehouse records.

• Supporting health & safety and operational standards.

• Communicating effectively across departments.

What you need:

• Warehouse or logistics leadership experience.

• Strong organisation and attention to detail.

• Good IT skills and confident team leadership.
