Children's Support Workers Needed

We are currently recruiting staff for our clients Supported Accommodation Service in Enniskillen.

Requirements:

NISCC registered or willing to register

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience supporting children and young people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people

Offer emotional, social, and practical support to those facing challenges

Help young people develop independent living skills (e.g., cooking, shopping)

Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning

Work within the community to create positive opportunities
