Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy manufacturing company based in Bloxwich, Walsall, on a temporary basis to cover long-term sick leave. In this role, you will be responsible for various accounts administration tasks including bank reconciliation, invoicing, and chasing clients for payments. Your expertise with SAGE will be essential in ensuring the efficient handling of accounts tasks that may arise. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to supporting our client through their busy periods.

• Proven experience in accounts administration or similar roles

• Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes

• Experience with invoicing and credit control

• Proficiency in SAGE software

• Strong communication skills, especially in chasing clients for payments

• Ability to handle various accounts tasks as needed

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

The benefits of this accounts assistant role;

• The working hours for this role are 8 AM to 5 PM from Monday to Thursday and 8 AM to 2 PM on Fridays, We are able to consider part time hours.

• Hourly rate of GBP13.50 - GBP16.50 per hour depending on experience
