Salary/Benefits: 25k - 42k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting in the South East for a Legionella Risk Assessor, to join a busy Environmental company who offer a variety of water hygiene and legionella services. Ideally, candidates will have access to the M25 for easier travel to client sites and must be able to demonstrate strong industry technical knowledge. It would be beneficial for candidates to have well-rounded experience working across a range of sites, in order to hit the ground running. Experience / Qualifications:
- Must hold the City & Guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing
- Will have proven experience undertaking Legionella Risk Assessments across domestic hot & cold systems
- It would be beneficial to hold hands-on plumbing / water hygiene experience
- Excellent knowledge of the ACOP L8 and HSG 274 compliance guidelines
- Able to produce thorough written risk assessment reports as well as site-specific schematic drawings
- Professional manner

The Role:
- Undertaking legionella risk assessments across predominantly domestic hot & cold systems, within local authority, commercial and domestic premises
- Writing detailed reports for clients, identifying areas of concern and recommended works
- Following up from appointments with clients in order to discuss findings and recommendations
- Some ad-hoc water sampling and temperature monitoring
- Ensuring to meet assigned daily targets as well as deadlines
- Travelling as required by company contracts
- Keeping up-to-date with any changes to industry guidelines
