What's on Offer: Location: Stirling City Centre - a central, vibrant place to work! Full-Time: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (35 hours per week) Competitive Salary: £25,000 per annum Training: Comprehensive training provided to set you up for success! As a key member of our team, you will be based in the heart of Stirling, playing a crucial role in delivering a positive patient experience. Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming patients with a friendly and empathetic approach Booking appointments and managing the clinic's diary Collaborating with the reception team leader to maintain high service standards We are looking for individuals with: A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills A warm, friendly, and empathetic attitude, especially when assisting patients with their hearing devices Strong communication skills to support and assist customers effectively This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys variety, values work-life balance (no weekends!), and wants to be part of a rewarding and dynamic workplace.
