Key Responsibilities - Recruitment: Develop job descriptions, prepare ads, shortlist candidates, and assist managers with onboarding and induction. - Employee Relations: Handle workplace conflicts, manage long-term sick cases, and liaise with union reps and legal advisors. - HR Administration: Maintain records, manage payroll input, and ensure compliance with audit standards and employment legislation. - Learning and Development: Identify training needs, develop plans, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS). - Employee Engagement: Enhance employee engagement methods and programmes. Qualifications, Skills & Experience - CIPD Qualified: Essential. - Experience: 2+ years in a similar FMCG HR role, union experience is a plus. - Skills: Proficient in Word and Excel, excellent communication, well-organised, and methodical.
