Salary: £23,497 - £26,523 Job level: 6A Job type: 6-month fixed term contract Hours: 35 hours per week Accountable to: People Operations Manager Department: People and Culture Location: Broadway House, Stanmore Hybrid working: 2 days in the office including a Tuesday and 3 days working from home including a Friday Are you passionate about all things people related with an organised and efficient way of working? Do you enjoy collaborating across teams in a varied and rewarding role? We're seeking a People Co-ordinator on an initial 6-month contract to support and assist in the efficient and smooth running of the HR, on-boarding, Learning & Development (L&D), and compliance processes within the organisation. This varied role involves managing onboarding, recruitment compliance, training schedules, reporting, and employee-related administrative tasks. The People Co-ordinator will work collaboratively as part of a team of four, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks and assisting in creating a positive experience for new hires and employees. Essential skills and experience: * Previous experience in HR, Recruitment or L&D co-ordination * Proven experience in managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently * Strong organisational and administrative skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * High attention to detail and an ability to maintain accurate records and follow processes * Ability to work both independently and collaboratively * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently * Ability to work in a team environment and support the wider HR, Recruitment and L&D teams * Adaptability to changing needs and environments If this opportunity interests you, please apply today and our Recruitment team will be in touch.
