Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Care Services Team Leader to join a Learnign Disability Supported Living Service owned by Leciestershire Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. We’re looking for a compassionate, organised and forward-thinking Care Services Team Leader to help lead the delivery of high-quality support for adults with learning disabilities across our Community Life Choices, Short Breaks, Supported Living and Residential Care services. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and support a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care and support * Oversee daily operations, staff rotas, and ensure effective shift planning * Support the development and delivery of personalised care plans * Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with CQC standards * Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and positive risk-taking * Build strong relationships with service users, families and external agencies * Champion continuous improvement and a person-centred culture What you'll bring: * Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience) * Proven experience managing or supervising care teams * Strong knowledge of safeguarding, the Care Act, and CQC standards * A flexible, hands-on approach to leadership and service delivery * Commitment to equality, dignity and person-centred planning If this role would be of interest to you, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible
