RENT ANALYST * Location: Farringdon, London * Contract Assignment: Opportunity to go permanent * Hybrid Working: 2 days in the office, 3 days work from home * Salary: £21.77 per hour PAYE - £28 per hour Umbrella About the Role: One of the biggest housing associations in the UK is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Rent Analyst to ensure compliance with all aspects of relevant legislation related to rent setting. This role involves taking a leading position in policy and procedure changes, coordinating rent-setting cycles, and conducting assurance checks to maintain adherence to standards. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure compliance with legislation related to rent setting, leading changes in policies and procedures. * Conduct assurance checks to ensure adherence to rent-setting policies and standards. * Coordinate rent-setting cycles efficiently and effectively. Requirements: Expertise in Housing Regulations: Well-versed in the nuances of housing regulations.e. Customer Service: Strong capabilities in managing customer interactions, ensuring effective communication and resolution of inquiries.Personal Competencies: * Strong ability to work with high volumes of numeric data. * Analytical mindset to draw conclusions and identify problems and solutions. * Proficient in writing detailed reports, specifications, procedures, and user guides, and preparing and delivering training materials. * Thorough understanding of legislation and guidance related to rent setting. * Ability to train staff in an accessible manner, minimising misunderstandings. * Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and housing systems and databases. * Ability to develop and interpret complex reports and data. * High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
