Administration Assistant

National Express are looking to recruit an experienced Administration Assistant to join the team at our Perry Barr Garage  The successful candidate will carry out administration and office duties and support the Office Supervisor as required.     Part time - 10am-2pm Monday to Friday (20 hours) What you'll do: Provide administrative services and support for the Operations Manager and local Management team, utilising IT Packages as appropriate Manage a 'B/F' package: ensure matters are processed within given deadlines Collate statistics for weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Operations Manager, local Management Team and/or Board of Directors Administration of the garage, including uniform management, filing, ordering of stationary and arranging meetings Recording of absences, holidays and assisting payroll as required Ensure telephone calls are answered and forwarded to the relevant individual Assist in the provision statistical information as required by other departments and to respond to ALL correspondence within 3 working days Have duty of care for the health and safety of yourself and colleagues at all times Inputting revenue statistics into reporting system Assist with the coordination of lost property  What you'll need: Experience of providing administrative support in a large department Ability to organise and prioritise workloads Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office In return, we offer a wide range of benefits such as...
