This role requires close coordination with project and manufacturing teams to deliver exceptional results. Responsibilities will include: * Coordinate and plan installation teams across the UK and Eire. * Supervise installation team activities, including deliveries, fixing instructions, and PPE provision. * Conduct annual performance reviews and manage recruitment for installation staff. * Drive ISO9001 compliance and ensure all staff understand their contributions to quality objectives. * Monitor labour costs, analyse and report on estimated vs. actual times, and provide feedback to the Commercial team. About You – Installation Manager The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing national installation projects, with strong leadership and organisational skills. Other requirements include: * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Effective leadership and management abilities. * Commercial awareness and understanding of off-site management. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and manage data. * Experience in national rollout coordination
