Sales Executive


Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Office-based (Walsall) with Regular Travel Required Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Permanent £25,000 depending on experience Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and driven individual to join a growing company in the promotional merchandise industry. This role focuses on supporting the strategic growth of the business by managing existing accounts and developing new client relationships. Key Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and servicing of new and existing client accounts * Build and maintain meaningful, trust-based relationships across a varied portfolio * Guide clients across the full product range and bespoke design services * Handle client enquiries, provide quotations, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system * Produce regular Excel-based reports and support with general sales admin * Engage in basic marketing activities to support brand awareness and business development * Attend client meetings and industry events to drive growth (own transport required) * Work closely with the wider sales and customer service team following full training Candidate Profile: * Self-motivated and confident with a professional and enthusiastic approach * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both face-to-face and over the phone * IT literate, with working knowledge of Excel and CRM systems (or willingness to learn) * Previous experience in promotional merchandise, B2B sales, or customer-facing roles is desirable * Looking for a long-term career opportunity with a supportive, established team Additional Information: * Full training and ongoing support provided * Own vehicle and valid driving licence essential due to travel requirements
