Architectural Technologist - Leeds City Centre £30,000 - £38,000 + Benefits | Hybrid Working | AJ100 Ambitions A forward-thinking medium-sized Commercial Architectural Practice in Leeds City Centre, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, is seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. You'll be working in a modern, open-plan studio with excellent natural light and great views, supported by a flexible hybrid working policy that allows 2-3 days per week working from home. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Architectural Technologist with around 3-5 years' experience to join a business that genuinely values collaboration, innovation, and staff development. The practice has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People Gold Award and is actively working toward AJ100 status. The Role - Architectural Technologist As Architectural Technologist, you'll support senior team members in delivering high-quality architectural solutions across a variety of commercial sectors. You'll be involved in a range of tasks from early-stage design through to technical detailing and project delivery (RIBA Stages 1-6), with strong mentoring and guidance from more experienced colleagues. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to the success of exciting projects in sectors such as high-rise residential, retirement living, education, and public sector work (MOD, MOJ, DfE). What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in an architectural practice (commercial experience desirable) Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations Proficiency in Revit software Good technical detailing and drawing skills Willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative and mentoring environment CIAT membership or working toward it would be advantageous Interest in sustainable design, MMC, or low-carbon construction is a plusWhy Join?
