Sales Support Customer Service Advisor


Do you have experience in post-sales customer support? Perhaps you have worked with products that are shipped internationally? The Role Day to day, you will log all customer telephone and email queries, updating the internal tracking system with concise notes and actions. This role also involves processing and actioning replacement orders and arranging the return of incorrect, damaged, or faulty items. Being able to keep on top of tracking and ensure excellent customer service throughout is key to success within this role. Having experience in sales support is important for this role as the bulk of this job centres around post-sales. To be considered, you should have at least grade C English and Maths as well as a number of years customer service experience under your belt. Sound like you?
